Eligibility for Refunds
To be considered for a full refund, the following conditions must generally be met:
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The request for a refund must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item must not be listed under our “Non-Refundable Items” section, outlined below.
Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as:
- An Item returned with obvious signs of use.
- Any Item not in its original condition, damaged or with missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any Item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team via email at support@electroxy.shop or by phone at +17016621102. Include your order number, a description of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our support team will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s), if applicable. We may request photos or videos to assess the condition of the item.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (typically 7-10 business days, depending on your payment provider).
Timeframes
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return and request a refund. Return shipping must be initiated within 14 days of receiving return authorization from Electroxy. After we receive and inspect your return, please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are not eligible for refunds. These include:
- Downloadable software products.
- Gift cards.
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
- Items that have been clearly used, damaged, altered or where any seals have been broken, excluding manufacturer defects.
- Perishable goods.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, except where pre-paid return labels are specifically provided by Electroxy.
If you are issued a refund, and we provided you with a return label, the cost of the return label will be deducted from your total refund amount.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@electroxy.shop.
