Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes
We offer the following shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days after processing.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days after processing.
- Economy Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days after processing.
Please note that these are estimated delivery timeframes and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, and other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, the selected shipping method, and your shipping destination. You will be able to review the shipping cost before completing your purchase.
Free Shipping
Orders totaling over $75 (before taxes and after any discounts) qualify for free Standard Shipping within the contiguous United States. This offer does not apply to expedited shipping, or shipments outside the contiguious Untied States.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping options and costs for international orders will be calculated at checkout. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost. Electroxy is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
Delivery timeframes for international orders will vary considerably depending on the destination country and customs processing. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date for international shipments.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@electroxy.shop or +17016621102 within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate your package. If the package cannot be located, we will either issue a full refund or reship your order, at our discretion.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at support@electroxy.shop or +17016621102 within 7 days of delivery. Please provide photos of the damaged packaging and items. We may require you to return the damaged items. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by issuing a refund, sending a replacement, or providing store credit.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address provided during checkout. Electroxy is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package to the correct address.
